Georgia Apostille: $3 via GSCCCA

Georgia is unusual: apostilles are issued by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA), not the Secretary of State.
Fee and payment
$3 per document. You can prepay online with an Authentication Pre-Payment Voucher, which adds a 3.5% card processing fee (GSCCCA apostille info; Pre-Payment Voucher; request form).
Notarizing first
Georgia's remote notarization isn't operational under its own law yet (see state status). A Georgia notarized document needs a Georgia notary for a Georgia apostille.
Need a notary first?
If your document first needs notarizing, online options: Notarize · OneNotary · NotaryLive. Check that the state accepts the notarization method you choose before you file.
Confirm with the receiving country whether it needs an apostille or an authentication certificate. Non-Hague countries need authentication instead. See what is an apostille.
